The Fondation against Cancer is one of Belgium's leading players in the fight against cancer.

It informs, supports scientific research and assists people affected by the disease. Its website is a central tool for disseminating information, collecting donations and coordinating the actions of its teams.

  • The challenge

    The Foundation needed a powerful, scalable multilingual showcase website, capable of fulfilling a dual role: informing the general public in a clear, accessible way, while integrating seamlessly with a range of internal business tools.

    The challenge was to centralize information, streamline internal processes and facilitate interaction with different types of users (patients, healthcare professionals, donors, volunteers), all via an intuitive, high-performance interface.

  • The goals

    • Offer a fluid, modern, multilingual (FR, NL) platform, in perfect harmony with the Foundation’s corporate image.
    • Distribute high-quality medical and social information, with simplified access to key resources (news, glossary, FAQ, brochures, etc.)
    • Optimize internal workflows through advanced integration with tools such as Salesforce, ComplyStation or CVWarehouse
    • Simplify data collection and interaction automation with dynamic forms, automated exports and Zapier connections
    • Enable continuous evolution of the website in line with the Foundation’s needs, with a robust and adaptable technical foundation.

    Framing & strategy

    We worked hand-in-hand with in-house teams to precisely define each functional requirement, draft the corresponding specifications, and rigorously frame each evolution.

    The site was developed entirely on WordPress, with a balance between fixed custom layouts and flexible modules for maximum autonomy.

    • ComplyStation for management of personalized reminders linked to cancerinfo content
    • Manufast for automated dispatch of brochure orders with daily exports
    • CVWarehouse for retrieval and display of job offers
    • Mollie API for secure online management of Pluxee donations
