Autoglass Clinic is a Belgian network specializing in the repair and replacement of automotive glass.

Autoglass Clinic is now part of Cary Group, the European leader in automotive glass services.

Following the acquisition of Touring Glass, Cary Group decided to evolve the Touring Glass brand under the Autoglass Clinic banner, while capitalizing on its existing website.

  • The challenge

    The Touring Glass website had to be fully rebranded using Autoglass Clinic’s visual identity, without altering its existing structure or features.

    The objective: to ensure a smooth transition for users while preparing for the future unification of digital tools within the Cary Group.

    • Integrate Autoglass Clinic’s new brand guidelines
    • Adapt all editorial content (tone, terminology, visuals)
    • Preserve advanced technical features, especially the booking flow
    • Ensure consistency between existing Touring and Autoglass centers
    • Deliver a seamless user experience in both French and Dutch

    Visual Redesign

    • Full application of the Autoglass Clinic brand guidelines (UI, colors, typography, logos)
    • Visual harmonization across all site templates

    Editorial Restructuring

    • Targeted rewriting of content to align with the new brand
    • Unification of tone and CTAs in line with the group’s marketing strategy

    Booking Funnel Maintenance

    The appointment booking funnel — the core of the site — was preserved and made more reliable:

    • Multi-step journeys personalized based on user choices
    • Salesforce integration to dynamically retrieve available service centers and time slots
    • Automated appointment confirmation emails

    Dynamic Map

    Integration of an interactive Google Maps view displaying all service centers (owned and franchised).
