It is possible to discover the estate in a different way thanks to the exclusive visits that take place throughout the year, but also thanks to their offer of special accommodation.
In the same way as the ticketing service developed previously, our client wanted to set up a booking platform with payment for its special accommodation and exclusive visits.
We therefore assisted our client in drawing up a set of specifications in order to define all the useful and necessary functions for the development of the platform.
It was defined that the project would be developed in several phases:
- Unusual accommodation in phase 1 for the launch of the season
- Exclusive tours in phase 2
To offer visitors the possibility of booking their stays in unusual accommodation online, with all the useful and necessary options for their reservation. At the same time, we have developed a customised internal management tool for our teams, which facilitates the follow-up of each reservation and the reception of holidaymakers.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of the features we have integrated into the 100% customised booking platform:
- Calendar management: creation of different date ranges, with exceptions
- Gestion des logements : Possibility to add several tents per booking, tents with different capacities
- Price management: Depending on the capacity of the tent, the season, etc.
- Management of additional products: Add additional products such as aperitif boards, bbq pack, bottle of bubbles, ...
- Diet management : Allergies, intolerances, ...
- Management of promotional codes
- Payment module
- Gestion des réservations : With sorting and export functions
- Admin user role management
- Translation management: FR - NL - EN - DE
One month after the launch of the platform, many bookings have already been made to the delight of our client and their visitors.
This project is such a long-term collaboration and is still evolving according to internal needs and the reality of the field.
Phase 2, reserved for exclusive visits, is currently under development and will, we can be sure, meet with the same success as that encountered for the booking of special accommodation.
