Our client's request was to develop a new multi-page, multi-lingual website that would allow them to present the company and their services, complete with an online appointment and quotation service.
Through the informative content and tools developed on the website, their goal was to generate new leads.
The Touring Glass website consists of the following features: - The development of fully editable static pages for each language - The development of a jobs module with an application form - The implementation of a multi-step appointment form - The implementation of a multi-step offer form - API connection to send the collected lead information to Salesforce - An interactive map showing all of the company's service centres, with information retrieved directly via API (so the customer does not need to enter it manually via the Admin) - GDPR compliance (Axeptio Cookie banner + GTM followed by a migration to Piwik pro)
The Touring Glass website is positioned as an operational and communication tool for our client. Firstly, for the B2C target group through the centralisation of information and the online booking of appointments/quotes, but also as a B2B information point for insurers, brokers and vehicle fleet managers. And finally as a strategic tool for our client in terms of generating qualified leads.
